Welcome to Makna Media. By accessing and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

Makna Media: A curated multilingual digital content platform.
User: An individual who accesses the Makna Media website or services.
Member: A User with an active membership on Makna Media.
Creator: A User who produces, uploads, and submits Content for publication on Makna Media.
Content: Digital materials in the form of text, images, audio, or video published on the Makna Media platform.

Subscriptions are processed digitally through available payment methods and will renew automatically unless canceled before the next period begins.
Subscription cancellation can be performed at any time via the account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the active period. No prorated refunds are available.

Only Members have the right to submit Content for publication. Submissions from non-Members will not be processed.
All submitted Content will undergo a suitability review before publication and may be reviewed periodically.
Makna Media reserves the right to suspend or remove any Content that violates laws, copyright, or internal policies without prior notice.

Makna Media functions as a curation platform and is not an open marketplace for third parties to monetize directly.
Creators are responsible for the accuracy, originality, and legality of their Content, including compliance with copyright and applicable laws and regulations.
Makna Media is not liable for any claims or losses arising from Content submitted by Creators or its translations.

Only Creators with active membership status are entitled to receive royalties and commissions.
Creators are entitled to royalties from Net Revenue earned by Makna Media through advertising and subscriptions.
Net Revenue is the total revenue after deducting taxes, discounts, transaction fees, and other deductions.
Royalties from direct revenue are allocated to the relevant Creator; royalties from indirect revenue are distributed proportionally based on Content performance.
Each User is entitled to a commission from royalties of Content they curate and from royalties of Creators they refer, without reducing the Creator’s share.
Royalties and commissions are paid monthly provided the total amount exceeds the minimum threshold set.
If the total royalties and commissions have not reached the minimum threshold, the amounts will be accumulated and paid once the threshold is met.
Payments are made to accounts verified by the system.

Makna Media provides only digital Content access services and does not facilitate the sale of physical goods or services beyond editorial purposes.
Makna Media maintains data security, payment system security, and User privacy in accordance with the privacy policy.
Violations of these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws will result in actions in accordance with internal policies and legal regulations.

Makna Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.
Members may cancel their subscription via the dashboard; access to services will end at the conclusion of the active period.

Subscription transactions are final and cannot be canceled after payment is successful.
Refunds will only be processed if there is a technical error in the payment system, with a claim period of up to three days after the transaction.
